TripSums is an AI-powered travel planning tool that provides deal searches, itinerary suggestions, price estimates and related travel information. The Service is provided via a web application and a Chrome browser extension.
You may use the Service without an account on a limited basis. Creating an account requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. License key purchases are non-refundable once activated.
Responses generated by the AI are provided for informational purposes only. Travel information — including prices, visa requirements, entry rules and weather — may be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Always verify critical information (visas, health requirements, flight prices) directly with official sources and airlines/hotels before booking.
We are not a travel agent or booking platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prices, availability or deals shown, and we accept no liability for bookings made on third-party sites.
Some booking links in the Service are affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which deals are shown.
The Service, its design, code and branding are the property of TripSums. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripSums and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
